Common Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related required

  • Accounting designation such as CPA or CA usually required

  • Previous experience in a senior accounting or financial management role

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work personnel on all levels

  • HR experience a plus
